Qi-Gym Classes - Next 7-Week Series

Wear loose clothing and bring H2O! Open to all age groups & abilities. You don’t have to commit to ALL sessions but it is highly recommended to attend regularly as there is much to share, learn - with the building of new fresh neural pathways in each class.  The more you do the better you get and the better life gets!
